How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your SafSteps account and related user data, please follow the steps below.

Send an email to support@safsteps.com.

Use the correct subject line

Include the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

Provide account details

Include the email address connected to your SafSteps account, if available, to help us locate your account faster.

Important Information

Deleting your account may permanently remove your profile, exposure sessions, plans, journal entries, encouragement posts, and related user-generated content associated with your account. Subscription cancellations must be handled separately through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
