This page explains how SafSteps subscriptions work, how to manage or cancel your subscription, and where to get help if something is not working correctly.

Managing your subscription

SafSteps subscriptions are managed directly through your Apple ID and the App Store.

Open Settings

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap your Apple ID

Tap your name at the top of the Settings screen.

Open Subscriptions

Tap Subscriptions to view active App Store subscriptions connected to your Apple account.

Select SafSteps

Choose SafSteps to manage, change, or cancel your subscription.

Having trouble?

If your subscription is not activating correctly, purchases are not restoring, or you believe there is a billing issue, contact support and include:

Helpful information to include

• Your device model
• Your iOS version
• A description of the issue
• Screenshots if possible
