How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then go to Subscriptions and select SafSteps.
How do I request account deletion?
You can request account deletion inside the SafSteps app if available, or email support@safsteps.com with your request.
Does SafSteps provide emergency help?
No. SafSteps is not emergency support and does not provide crisis intervention.
