Built by someone who understands
Anxiety and agoraphobia can make ordinary things feel massive. SafSteps was built around the idea that progress should not have to look impressive to count.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is showing up, practicing safely, and giving yourself credit for the steps most people never see.
Small steps still count. Especially when they are hard.
Why I built SafSteps
From being a little afraidβ¦ to feeling trapped within four walls for years, Iβve been there.
I grew up struggling with anxiety attacks that eventually led to agoraphobia. Over time, leaving home became harder and harder. I missed out on moments with family, friends, and life itself.
Eventually, I reached a point where I knew I wanted a different chapter for my life. But recovery is not as simple as βsnapping out of it.β I needed support. I needed encouragement. I needed tools that could help me actually see progress while taking small safe steps forward.
The problem was⦠I could not find anything built specifically for that journey. Most apps felt too clinical, disconnected, or simply did not understand what living with anxiety and agoraphobia truly feels like.
So I created SafSteps.
SafSteps was designed to give people supportive tools, progress tracking, calming features, and a like-minded community β all focused around helping people move forward one safe step at a time.
From SafSteps users
Real feedback from people using SafSteps to support small, steady progress.
βThe calming exercises and support tools make a big difference when Iβm feeling overwhelmed.β
βMy favorite thing about this app is that itβs made by someone who understands the difficulties of anxiety and agoraphobia.β
βI feel like it helps me thrive and push myself with the help of like minded people.β
βSafSteps has genuinely made me feel seen and understood in a way most apps never have.β
βItβs like having support right in your pocket whenever you need it.β
βThe Panic Button feature comes in clutch for me. You just press it ANYTIME you need to and it helps you stay focused on the screen.β
